Spread across 14,000 square meters within the Organized Industrial Zone, The Factory Grounds embodies a new way of thinking about production — where architecture, design, and daily life flow together.
Within its 3,500 square meter working spaces, craftsmanship and innovation coexist with comfort: a place where designers, engineers, and makers share the same rhythm. Beyond production, the complex integrates thoughtful amenities — a daycare center, rest and social zones, and boutique hotel-style rooms — turning the factory into a living ecosystem rather than a facility.
